I donate a daily Long Distance Reiki Healing session from New Moon to Full Moon every two or three months,  for those in need of Healing and committed to Healing Themselves.

Using a Reiki Grid that I charge everyday for continuous sending which means that the flow of this Energy is not interrupted during this period. 

Once I have added you on my grid you will receive this beautiful healing Energy continuously for the entire period.

• Your name, city and country where you live.
• A small format photo that I will print it and add it along with others on my grid. 
• The illness or symptoms you are experiencing.
• I also ask not to cease any prescribed medication without consulting your doctor. 

• Most of all,  stop negative thoughts , words and judgments towards yourself and  others .

• Be in a receptive posture 

• Set aside  10 to 15 minutes to turn inward, trying to align to your True Self.  

• Refrain from thinking about the Past or the Future and stay in the Present moment.  

• See or imagine yourself free of symptoms. 

• Wear or carry a small quartz Crystal at all times for the duration of the transmission period and place it under your pillow at night if you are not wearing it. 

• Show an act of kindness towards any living being, human,  animal,  vegetal and do no harm to any.  It can be as simple as a smile to a passing stranger.
